All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at our discretion. By placing an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted. 3. Payments and Billing Prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout. Taxes and shipping costs will be added where required. Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details. 4. Shipping and Returns Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products, including sealed or opened card packs, except where required by applicable law. Due to the collectible and randomized nature of our products, items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. While we do not guarantee refunds or returns, we will review each situation and, at our sole discretion, work with you to find an appropriate resolution. 5. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including card designs, illustrations, text, logos, graphics, and game mechanics, is the property of DruidsTCG™ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Artwork and AI-Assisted Content Disclosure Some card illustrations and visual assets on the Site and in our products may be created using a combination of human artistic work and artificial intelligence–based tools. These tools may be used for concept generation, reference material, textures, or other parts of the creative process. All final artwork is curated, approved, and published by DruidsTCG™ or its contracted artists. Card art is created using a combination of AI tools and extensive manual editing, composition, and art direction to bring the world of Animalia to life. 7. User Accounts If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion. 8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. 9.
